We are Certified Installation Partners for ButterflyMX and Akuvox. Work with us to upgrade your legacy audio-only telephone entry panels to cloud-based 2-way video and audio intercoms with simple and flexible mobile apps for both management and resident use.

Installation Services
We often partner with telecom, AV, and locksmith firms to do "our part" of the projects, better known as "wiring all this security stuff together and making it work". Property Management System Integration
Smart Buildings and Living Spaces continue to grow because of the convenience, control, and savings they provide for both the property management and the residents. We work with two of the best, as a VillaControl Connected Partner for vacation rental properties and StratisIOT for multi-family and student housing.
IOT Sensors and Devices
We are a certified Halo Smart Sensor dealer. This multi-sensor is capable of vape detection, smoke detection, THC detection, and sound abnormalities like gunshots and shouting in areas a camera cannot be placed. HALO delivers safe, healthy, and comfortable environments that keep all personnel safe while saving money by efficiently running the HVAC system.
